Privacy policy

What Play publishes lottery results. It has no accounts, no sign-up and no comments, so it does not ask for your name, email or phone number.

What is collected

  • Server logs. Like every website, the server records the IP address, browser type and pages requested. Logs are used to keep the site running and are deleted on rotation.
  • Draw alerts. If you turn on notifications, your browser gives us a push subscription (an endpoint URL and keys). That is stored so we can send the alert, and deleted when the subscription stops working or you unsubscribe.
  • Search. Draw numbers you look up are in the page URL and server logs. They are not linked to you.

Cookies and advertising

The site itself sets no cookies. If advertising is shown, the ad network (for example Google AdSense) may set its own cookies and collect data under its own policy; you can opt out of personalised ads in your Google settings.

Third parties

Results come from the National Lotteries Control Board's public website. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Nothing else is loaded from other sites.

Push alerts

If you turn on alerts, your browser gives us a push endpoint and two keys that let us send it a message. We store those and the games you chose, nothing else: no name, no phone number, no location. Turn alerts off on this site or in your browser settings and the record is deleted the next time we try to send.
